On Father's Day, we naturally want to celebrate Dads and we should!
But we can also use this holiday to do more. In Ephesians it tells us to "make the most of our time," and on Father's Day, we also use it as a time to encourage the men in our church to grow spiritually and to connect with resources that will help them become the Father and the disciple Jesus wants them to be.
This eBook is an overview of the strategies and resources that can help you do this. It is available as a free download at this link: https://payhip.com/b/N4M9n
And here is a quick overview video of it:
This link will take you to the Effective Church Communications Library, a subscription resource that has an ever-growing library of eBooks and training videos that will help you become a more effective church communicator. This free eBook is an example of some of the materials that are and will be on the site.
What I am doing with eBooks like this is taking a topic, in this instance, Father's Day, and pulling together both new and past materials on it, plus the resources I have for you in one easy-to-access downloadable resource.
Already on the site are class materials from the Effective Church Communications ministry such as the eBooks, The Five Steps of Effective Church Communications and Marketing, Successful Seasonal Celebrations, and Challenges for Church Communicators (formerly Devotions for Church Communicators).
In addition to the eBooks, one extremely valuable (and ever-growing) part of the library is downloadable videos that you can use for training. These are hi-res, 1080p, and do not have any of the YouTube distractions. You can use these to view them off-line or for training, Lunch & Learns, however you want to use them. They are all available for the low subscription price of only $36 a year.
I will also occasionally make available videos that you can download and share however you want, again legal downloads without any YouTube distractions. I am doing this with the brief video for Father's Day--you can preview it here:
In part, I'm able to do this for such a low price because I discovered Payhip, a hosting company that is very reasonable in their costs. I especially appreciate it in that they allow the hosting and downloading of videos realistically. Many companies charge outrageous prices to do this that do not reflect the current ability of companies to host huge amounts of digital materials for minimal cost. I greatly appreciate that Payhip, being a newer (and it seems very well-run) company is realistic in its pricing so I am able to be quite reasonable with what I charge you.
One more thing: you only need ONE subscription for your church or business and you can share it as much as you want within your organization, though you must use the ONE username and password you signed up with.
Check it out, it is an extremely useful and growing resource for you and the communications ministry of your church.
Here is an overview video of it--NOTE in 2023, we no longer have the $25 special--but $36 a year is still a really good deal!
